The clinical and research staff at every participating site

The names above are the people we correspond with. They are not the whole of it. Every site in this study runs on radiographers who fit research protocols around a full clinical list, research nurses and coordinators who find and consent participants, data managers and informatics teams who get records out of systems that were never designed to give them up, and R&D offices that carry the governance so the science can happen at all.

Almost none of that work carries an author line. It is, nonetheless, the reason there is anything to publish. Our thanks to the clinical and research staff at every participating hospital — and to the people living with MS whose data makes this study possible, and without whom none of the rest of it would mean anything.
